QR Guide

The guest experience that gets ahead of the stay, and holds your rating as you grow.

QR Guide reaches your guests before they ask. It pulls in weather, local events, and real local tips on its own, walks each guest through arrival and check-in against their specific booking, catches the arrival about to go wrong, and keeps every unit as consistent and personal as your first one. Online check-in and the whole guide in one tool, so your team gets out of the inbox and your reviews hold as you add units.

The more units you run, the harder the rating is to hold.

Guests score a company lower than a person. As a portfolio grows, the personal touch thins, the same questions pile up in the inbox, and the tools multiply: a guidebook in one place, check-in in another, the door code in a message thread. Every tool you run waits for the guest to ask, and by the time an unhappy guest speaks up, it is usually in a review. The arrival is the moment a review is won or lost, and right now it is held together by hand.

What QR Guide does

01

It gets ahead of your guests.

The guide does not wait to be opened. It sends the pre-arrival walkthrough when it matters and stays out of the way otherwise, pulls in weather, local events, and what is open around the property on its own, and spots the guest who has not finished check-in an hour before they land, so someone fixes it before anyone stands at a locked door.

02

It catches problems while you can still fix them.

When a guest is unhappy mid-stay, QR Guide offers a fix, an extra clean or a maintenance call, or flags you, so the stay is turned around before checkout instead of explained in a review afterward. A short guest survey catches the rest before it goes public. And strong reviews increasingly decide whether AI travel assistants surface your place at all, so protecting them protects your visibility, not just your rating.

03

Every unit as consistent as your first.

Ratings measurably slip as portfolios grow, and the part of that slide tooling can address is consistency: information that matches reality in every unit, responsiveness that does not depend on who is on shift, and the local touch that usually thins first. QR Guide holds those identical from your fifth unit to your fiftieth, with less manual work, and the whole cluster runs under one account with per-property themes, no premium tier just to handle your portfolio.

04

Online check-in that collects what you need, verified.

Guests complete the forms, agreements, and signatures you require before they get the door code, and AI verifies the check-in as it happens, cross-checking the ID, validating the files, and checking the signature. You get clean guest details without chasing anyone by email.

05

Access tied to the booking.

Sensitive codes and instructions are released only to the verified guest, only for their dates. The guest verifies with a PIN or with their last name and check-in date, your choice per property.

06

One tool for the whole arrival.

The guest experience and the online check-in live in one product, tied to each booking. Codes, content, check-in, and the guest details you collect all sit against the specific stay, so nothing is bolted on or out of sync, and one subscription replaces two. A multilingual assistant answers guest questions behind the QR code.

07

Local tips you would actually give.

Recommendations are built from real places and reviewed by you, not generated from thin air. Your guests get your taste, across every property, without anyone retyping it.

Who it is for

For managers who care about the arrival.

QR Guide is built for short-term rental managers running roughly 5 to 50 properties, where check-in has stopped being optional and consistency across units is a real headache, and for contactless serviced-apartment and aparthotel operators who run stays with little or no one on site. If you run a single place or two, you are welcome on the list too, and you will be able to set yourself up when we open to everyone.

Which of these is you?
If you are drowning in the same guest questions.

The wifi, the parking, the door code, answered forty times a week, some of them at 2am. Every guest across your properties gets clean check-in and instant answers without your team in the thread, so you can take on more units without taking on more inbox.

If your tools do not talk to each other.

A guidebook in one place, a check-in tool in another, the door code in a message thread, guest details in a spreadsheet. QR Guide puts the guest experience and the check-in in one reservation-aware place, so there is one source of truth instead of six logins. Founders help decide what we connect next.

If no one is on site when something goes wrong.

You run contactless stays, and the moment something fails with nobody there is the complaint your reviews are built from. QR Guide runs the stay end to end, gets ahead of the arrival failures contactless gets blamed for, and turns satisfied guests into the reviews and direct visibility your leisure book depends on.

Honest about scope

What we do, and what we do not.

We would rather be clear than oversell. QR Guide collects your guests’ details cleanly at check-in and hands you a tidy record. Filing that data to national registries is not part of QR Guide at launch. It is on our roadmap, and we will not claim it for your country until it actually works there. We are also still finishing some pieces, billing among them, and we will tell you plainly what is ready and what is coming as you join. The get-ahead layer this page leads with is the piece we are finishing now, and it is why we have not launched publicly yet: the headline should be true on day one.

Who builds it

Twenty years in travel tech, fourteen of them serving property managers.

QR Guide is built and run by Manystack. The team spent fourteen years on Vacation Rental Connect, software for exactly this buyer, so the product is shaped by people who know what an arrival actually involves. This is not a generic guest app with hospitality bolted on afterward.

Be one of 50 founding managers.

We are opening QR Guide to a first group of 50 managers who will shape it with us. Founder spots are claimed by subscribing when billing opens, and they are offered to the waitlist first, so joining the list is how you get in line for one. Founders get 30 percent off our standard rate for as long as they stay with us, a direct line to our small team, and every feature as it ships. We are building an integrated, reservation-aware system rather than another tool to bolt on, so founders help decide what we connect and build next, and the people who care most about a tidy operation get to shape it. In return we ask for honest feedback while we build, and a reference when you are ready, never as a condition.

Join the waitlist.

Founders come from this list. When billing opens, we invite the waitlist to claim the 50 founder spots, and until then you shape what we build: once you are on the list, we will ask what you actually need.

Billing is not live yet, so there is nothing to pay today. The waitlist goes first when it opens.

By saving your spot you agree to receive QR Guide updates and research invitations by email. Every email has an unsubscribe link. See our privacy policy.

Short FAQ

How much does it cost?

We are finalizing founder pricing with our first managers. Join the list and you will be among the first to see it, always at 30 percent below our standard rate.

Do you file my guests’ data to the national registry?

Not at launch. We collect guest details cleanly at check-in and hand you a tidy record. National filing is on our roadmap, and we will tell you plainly when it works in your country.

I only manage one or two properties. Can I join?

Yes. You are welcome on the list, and you will be able to set yourself up when we open to everyone. Our founding group is focused on larger portfolios, but you will not be left out.

Does joining the list make me a founder?

Not yet. The waitlist is the queue. When billing opens, we invite the waitlist to claim the 50 founder spots by subscribing, which locks the founder rate for as long as you stay. Our founding group is focused on larger portfolios, so spots are offered with that in mind rather than strictly first come, first served.

When does it launch?

We are finishing billing now. The waitlist is first in the moment it opens, which is why the list exists.

Give every guest an arrival that anticipates them, get your team out of the inbox, and keep your rating where it belongs as you grow.
